Skip Bags

They are known by many names: skip bags, bulk bags, jumbo sacks, hippo bags, grab bags - they are all the same thing. We offer a fast, reliable and in most cases a much cheaper collection service.

Follow the simple 3 step process below to ensure a smooth collection.

1. Location

We cover a 20 mile radius from our base in Yateley Hampshire, check we operate in your area by using the map below, you can zoom in and drag to find your location.

Please note that we do not operate within the M25.

2. Where To Put Your Skip Bag

We use a large 18 tonne tipper grab lorry to collect and will need plenty of room to operate, at least 3.2 metres width and 4 metres height clearance to reach your location.

Narrow roads with parked cars either side or country lanes wouldn’t be suitable and could prevent collection.

Only put the skip bag on your property and always as near to the road/pavement as possible. Place bags well away from any houses, garages, walls, fences, parked cars, lamp posts, phone wires etc like the photo,

The lorry stays on the road at all times during the collection, and therefore the bags must be reachable from the road. The crane can swing around either side to a maximum of 4 metres from the kerb to the centre of the bag.

We cannot collect from over the front or rear of the truck.

If unsure about anything please contact us first, and we will be more than happy to advise, as we really want to avoid a non collection as this is very expensive in fuel, time, and labour.

  • Skip bags must be accessible at all times Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
  • We don’t tell you a collection date/time, but we aim to collect within 5 working days or maybe sooner.
  • The lorry stays on the road at all times.
  • Bags always placed near the road/pavement.
  • Side collection only

3. Booking your Collection

We do not supply skip bags this is a collection only service, bags can be bought online and at most bulders merchants and DIY stores.

Only book your collection when your bag is full and  ready to be collected, please do not leave extra waste next to the bag as this will not be collected

Bags are non-returnable, and recycled with the waste.

We do not give you a collection date/time, they are simply collected by location, which we aim to complete within five working days or maybe sooner.
